Please read these complete terms and conditions carefully before using the 299d platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Introduction & Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 299d platform and all services operated under it. 299d is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slots, sports betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.
By registering on the platform or using the services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
299d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. Each change takes effect from the date it is published.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 — Eligibility Requirements
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- The applicant must be a real individual, not a corporate entity.
- All information provided on the account must be completely accurate, truthful, and up to date.
- Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Users must use the account in their own name and for their own personal purposes.
2.2 — Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, even if a third party is operating it.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 299d support team immediately.
- For security reasons, 299d may request account verification at any time.
2.3 — Account Closure & Suspension
299d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, bonus abuse, or any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the 299d platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
3.1 — Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made only through a payment method registered in your own name.
- Third-party deposits are not accepted, and suspicious transactions will be investigated.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
3.2 — Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the method registered on the account.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or, a deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus total.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 — General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each promotion once only.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 299d reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
- Certain games or bet types may not count toward bonus wagering — contact support for details.
- 299d reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
VIP Program & Rewards
The 299d VIP program has four tiers, and you can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier.
Bronze Tier
Up to 0.4% weekly cashback. You enter this tier by starting active participation at 299d.
Silver Tier
Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You advance from Bronze through consistent play.
Gold Tier
Up to 1.1% weekly cashback. For experienced and regular players.
Platinum Tier
Up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Special benefits for top-tier players.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 299d platform:
6.1 — Prohibited Activities
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
- Attempting to harm the platform by placing coordinated bets with other users.
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Impersonating an employee or representative of the platform.
- Harassing, intimidating, or behaving abusively toward other users.
6.2 — Technical Abuse
Unauthorized access to or hacking of the platform's software, databases, servers, or networks is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken for any such activity.
Responsible Gaming
299d takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — never a solution to financial problems.
7.1 — Self-Control Tools
- Option to set deposit limits.
- Option to suspend your account for a set period.
- Permanent self-exclusion option.

7.2 — Warning Signs
- A tendency to play beyond set limits.
- Attempting to chase losses with larger bets.
- Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends.
- Neglecting daily responsibilities.
Intellectual Property & Content Use
All content on the 299d platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, images, and audio — is protected by intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
8.1 — Game Providers
Games available on 299d are operated through third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others. The intellectual property rights for these games belong to the respective providers.
8.2 — Limited Use Permission
You are permitted to view and use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use beyond this requires written permission from 299d.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
9.1 — Disclaimer of Liability
299d is not liable for:
- Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection issues.
- Any errors or disruptions in third-party game provider software.
- Issues arising from faults in the user's own device or software.
- Any loss occurring on an account through unauthorized access where the user has been negligent in protecting their credentials.
9.2 — Indemnification
By using the platform, you agree to hold 299d and its partners harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
9.3 — Technical Disruptions
If a technical disruption occurs during a game, 299d will attempt to refund the relevant bet amount. However, where the error occurs on a game provider's server, the game provider's own policies will apply.

Miscellaneous Provisions
12.1 — Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that part shall be removed and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
12.2 — Changes to Services
299d reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any service on the platform at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes where possible.
12.3 — Entire Agreement
These terms, the privacy policy, and other published policies of 299d together form the entire agreement between the user and 299d. No verbal or unwritten understanding forms part of this agreement.
